"This was our second time staying. Each time the front desk staff have been so nice and accommodating. The food at the restaurant is always delicious as well as the breakfast. The pools are clean along with the rooms. Being right on the river is an added bonus. The outdoor bar, live music inside lobby, outdoor activities etc make the stay more unique. We will continue to stay here and recommend this place to friends and family."

"Stay was what was expected. Rooms were clean, breakfast was ok the one day we ate. The beds were not the most comfortable. Price was high for what the hotel had to offer, but we did book last minute so that could be part of it."

"The room was clean but the stopper in the tub was way too big and had to use a wash cloth for a stopper. Stay was for 2 days and while gone the first day, keys were deactivated. I was just released from the hospital prior to our arrival and parked close to our room due to shortness of breath and couldn’t get in the building. Not happy and that is rude with card on file and room cost over $200 a night. "

"Staff was awesome! Location was convenient and felt safe. We traveled with our dog and sometimes staff can be unreasonably challenging and this was not the case"

"The front desk staff was great. Ben stepped up to help out on a very busy Friday evening. The housekeepers were behind so our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 430 for a 3pm check in. Ben did some magic to finally get us in a room, however the AC in the rooms were not fully working, which sucked."

"The room was clean, but the fan in the bathroom must’ve had something wrong with it because it rattled so bad that I’d wake her way up at night when it turned bathroom turn on and I wish we didn’t know the pool was closed before the grandkids were disappointed they didn’t get to swim, but overall the hotel is very nice and good staff"
