"Breakfast was not very good and also just wish they would get someone to help that one lady who handles breakfast since she’s doing it all herself. And the pool was closed the whole time.please set it up a way where adults can also swim in the pool not just kids!. Everytime we went to try to swim the pool was filled with kids I’m talking about 10 plus kids at all times where in there. The safff were great."

"We booked an accessible room. It was spacious. Shower was large wheel in with shower bench. Bathroom had multiple grab bars. But the toilet was so low. That would make this room inaccessible for a lot of people. The walls were like tissue paper thin. The first night the person next door coughed the entire night. Loud enough we could hear over the TV that we turned up as loud as we thought we could, Then other nights we could hear enire conversations and exactly what was happening on the TV show. The lobby reeked of body odor several times. We had stayed here before and had none of these issues. We were very disappointed with the stay."

"Staff was great, room was clean, hotel was clean as well. There was some events going on in the area so breakfast was definitely crowded and so was the pool, but that's to be expected. Outside of that it was perfect for our girls trip! "

"The staff were very accommodating in changing our room when the 1st room we were given Rm#310 reeked of cigarette/cigar smoke. Our eyes began watering & noses were burning literally the second we opened the door to Rm#310. The property is older & rooms could use some updating, but everything was clean. The Fitness Center was adequate. The Breakfast had a wide variety of food & my only suggestion is the hot foods were only warm. Parking was plentiful & well lit. "

"Great location near Allen County arena. Located on busy road near mall so lots of food options. Hotel was plain but comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was basic but good."
