"I tried to cancel a few hours after booking, but because I booked the same day, the employee told me I could not cancel. So, I checked in, while he listened to music on his earpods. As everyone said, the walls really are almost paper-thin. You can hear every single word of the television show that the person next to you is watching. So, you can bet that whoever is in the room over can also hear any conversation you might be having. I couldn't see the surrounding area well because I arrived late...

"Everything was perfect except for the few hours they disconnected the power the day after we arrived and it was a bit uncomfortable with the heat. It took a FPL almost 5 hours to get there. Besides that, everything else was great!"

"I stayed for 3 nights. I was shocked at how disgusting my room was. The microwave was filthy, bugs flying around the room, bugs in my bed. I forgot toothpaste and went down to get a complimentary toothpaste and no one was in the lobby. Waited for over 10 minutes and a guy finally came out of RR in lobby. He couldn't find any. Asked a lady that finally came in and said they've been on back order for 2 months."

"We had an amazing time here! Great location! Kayaked every morning and saw manatees! Outside Breakfast was wonderful , so many options , cereals, egg sandwiches, bagels, yogurt, bananas, apples, oatmeal, coffee, tea, juices, toast. Pool was great, staff was great, loved our stay !!"

"Fantastic property. Very clean well accommodated and updated room with comfy beds! The pool and beach area is gorgeous and well maintained. Our only true complaint was the noise from neighbors next door through the adjoining room doors. Those doors are not very sound proof at all. Make sure to bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They do provide very tiny bottles (for a couple uses each) but they aren’t very good quality products and it’s not enough for more than 1 night stay. We...

"The location is fantastic. The property offers a lot of restaurants which is very convenient. The beach is awesome. The rooms smell very musty. The gap under the door allows for a lot of bugs to come in. We put a towel to stop them from coming in. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again."
