"Bathrooms could use some updating, (old and dirty) and our ocean front view was mostly blocked by a tree. Front desk staff was great, breakfast staff not so much. Loved Southport island but will stay somewhere else next time I visit"

"The continental breakfast was excellent. The pool and surrounding area was clean. A nice little park next-door was a little ice cream shack which we could walk to at night.
