"We had to change our room twice, once because the room assigned had not been cleaned, and the AC and refrigerator were not working. It also reeked of smoke. The second room was better but over the night a leak developed in the bathroom ceiling right above the toilet seat. The staff were very nice and helpful though and responded quickly on each occasion. Breakfast was plentiful, scrambled eggs and sausages were perfectly cooked. Overall, the stay was not bad"

"The property was horrible, the room was a mess, holes in the curtains, baseboard falling apart, no bodywash in the bathroom only shampoo. Paint peeling from the ceiling, iron but no ironing board."

"Location turned out to be super, 1 block from MARTA station, 1 block from a local World Cup fanfest and the restaurant I had planned to visit. Able to leave my car in safe area, travel in to the Benz and return easily. Mice staff, nice room. Had a fire alarm at 730am but was a water pipe issue, quickly fixed. Easy out, just dropped room cards at desk."

"My room #314 was poor. The lights didn’t work, the few that did was very dim: soap soap broken, mold around the tub and the furniture and chairs were old, worn and broken"

"The mattresses are hard and the pillows are inconsistent..some have no support at all and collapse to the bed or some have full feathers in them. Either why. I enjoyed my stay and will be back."

"We booked a while back and when we arrived, we were told they didn't have a room for us. They had our booking confirmation but somehow that didn't mean they saved a room for us. This should have been communicated ahead of time, not when we get there after a long day of traveling. We had an event to get to so this made for a hectic night of trying to find a place to stay, rush to get ready and get to the event. Absolutely unacceptable"

"Room had roaches everywhere I couldn’t sleep so I just stayed up because they kept walking around. The bathroom smelled like dirty cleaning water, the walls were cracked like it had an mini earthquake, some of the walls had paint stripped off and smoke ashes in my room phone as well as on the bed and the bed had multiple blood spots. Do not go to this location if you can avoid it. The tissue holder in the restroom look like it can give you a disease."
