"The staff was excellent and very accommodating, HOWEVER when we arrived we went into our room and there was a strange sewage smell coming out of the bathroom. We then switched to another room and the same odd smell (a little less) was coming out of the bathroom. Not sure if it is old piping but the smell was unpleasant and it is something that should be looked at. Everything else was fine, but the smell was a bit off putting. "

"Sent around to back door because it was “closest to our room”. Door had sign that said lock was broken. We had to walk around to find a door that would work.
Furniture in room was shabby at best and broken at worst.
Staff at front desk was informative and helpful but inaware of the broken door. “I thought they fixed that.”"

"I loved this property! It felt like we walked into a brand new suite. Stayed for 3 nights but will stay there more often if I get the chance. Everything was so clean and they had an awesome laundry room! Definitely stay here if you have the chance!"

"The location of this hotel can't be beat for Zootown sightseers. Everything you need is within walking distance or on the nearby bus line. A trail for dog walking is across the parking lot. Cleanliness is hit and miss. During one stay we found a drawer full of underwear and the floor turned our feet black. During another stay, no complaints. The breakfast is pretty good considering the cost of stays. Smokers gather just outside of exits, so be prepared to smell like an ashtray whether you smoke...
