"The phone number for the motel was disconnected. We could not contact the motel. The bathroom was so small even a slender person has to bend and twist to try to shut the door. There was no hairdryer. The sounds of the Thruway required earplugs. They knew we were coming, they could've turned on the AC so that it had fresh air. Although, obviously, great attempts were made to make it cozy and comfortable, it is not suitable for some people."

"I booked the stay at Quality Inn without knowing what to expect. Getting to the hotel was easy. The location was perfect with mountains all around. Comfortable bed and just right amenities made the stay enjoyable. The breakfast sitting area was separate from the hotel and had a cottage feel, enjoyed having breakfast. "The only reason I booked here was because the listing(photo and description) features a pool. After I checked in they said there has been no pool for over 4 years- false advertising!!"
