"The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. "The property we stayed in was changed to a different apartment in District 2 the day before we arrived, because apparently the one we booked was no longer available. Free airport transfers did not go smoothly and we had to get a taxi (which the host reimbursed).
