"Pets are allowed for guests who book The Level Room or a higher room category. However, dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool exclusively for The Level guests, nor are they permitted in The Level Lounge.
I even asked if I could walk through the indoor lounge and sit outside, but this was not allowed either. Dogs are not permitted to enter the lounge at all, so I was told that I had to sit at a table in the hotel lobby and have my food brought to me there.

I rented a luxury apartment for 2 nights, but the host didn’t provide check-in instructions or a way to access the apartment. Despite repeated calls, the host NEVER responded, leaving me, my friend, and a 1 year old STRANDED IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY.
18 buildings here have the same address, but the host never told us what building to go to. As I tried to figure it out by going building-to-building, I was RUDELY treated by 6 different security guards/front desk people who kept telling me...
