"There are hige issues with hotel policies and if it was not for the staffs to go out of their way to accomodate us, i would have given them 1 star. Vin Pear has always my first and almost only choice for my stays wherever i go but after this trip I have to reconsider other options."

To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was rattling. I also found way too many insects crawling around the space. I definitely cannot recommend booking a room here after what I went through."

"Room has nice views. We booked 2 rooms and was given rooms that came with another door that separated us from the common corridor. Felt exclusive and private. The bathroom lighting can be improved by having more switches. My room only has 1 switch to either on or off all the lights in the bathroom. Breakfast spread was extensive and some a la carte dishes like steak, pho and French toast were good!
