"The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful). The room was a good size. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. It was nice to swim in the pool. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay. "My rating is a low 4/5. Check in was terrible. We arrived well after check in time after a long flight and they couldnt find our booking. We waited around for over an hour before they "found" our room. Got into the room and there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom floor tiles were not cleaned properly. The other staff at the restaurants, Host cafe and security personnel were polite and friendly"
