"Had a very comfortable stay at 115 The Strand staff were all very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable stayed in economy room which had no view/outside space but that was my chose and as hotel full and didn’t realise how much I would miss having somewhere to sit outside , didn’t use the indoor pool next to sauna/steam room which was small and more a dipping pool as not big enough to swim in but on a cold wet day I presume would be quite nice to chill by, the outdoor pool across the road was a big bonus though . Breakfast was enough to start the day with a small selection of cereal, fruit, continental and English breakfast and in the evening the breakfast are became the bar . There was a small shop attached to the hotel that stayed open late and a restaurant which I didn’t use .
Not much of down side except if your really fussy shower was a little hit and miss with getting the heat settings right , breakfast could be very busy but that what you would expect and although the staff would try their very best to keep up with cleaning tables and topping up the food, it could get a congested and the floor would get very dirty and I presume it may have been dust off the road or off the roof would blow around and land on your food if you sat outside but the view made up for that.
In all I would like to say lots of bad things about my stay to keep this hotel to myself but the at would be selfish as would definitely stay again .
