"The ac/heater equipment looks moldy.. would not recommend turning either on…"

"The room is very clean, at the price it’s probably the cleanest that I’ve ever stayed. They also have a refrigerator that is perfect for me before I head my way down to burning man. The bedding is clean but the fabric is not at its best condition. I like this place and highly recommend especially for people who need to sleep before driving down to BRC. "

"We enjoyed our river view room with our toddler. Our room had plenty of space for him to run around, a balcony with a river view, and it was so quiet. We didnt walk around mich due to wildfire smoke, but it was a nice stay before jwading out to Crater Lake (1.5 hr drive)"

"Check in went great, front desk person was warm, friendly, welcoming and professional. Reserved a non-smoking room but the room had been smoked in. Bedding, sheets, towels were all fresh and clean - you just can’t get the cigarette smell out of the walls/floors/furniture. And, it didn’t feel safe to open up the semi basement room window. "
