"Beautiful clean hotel very spacious rooms comfy bed great shower and mini bar only downside for me was no bacon at breakfast but the selection was still very nice, 36 euro just for the dog to stay with us one night was a bit harsh and i thought id paid for it on arrival check in but was asked on checkout to settle it. "I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish. The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...

"Beautifully appointed older hotel. Breakfast is quite nice as is afternoon coffee although the gratis afternoon coffee applies only to cafe americano I quickly learned. "I stayed at this hotel for five nights, and it was flawless. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate for the price. The room was clean, and the toilet and bathroom were perfect. The room I stayed in also had a bathtub. If I ever come back to this area of Madrid, I will definitely stay at this hotel again."
