"I honestly cannot rate my stay at Papageno Resort in Kadavu highly enough. As a backpacker on a budget, staying here was a very special treat for me, and it exceeded every expectation. "It's location is good just off the highway, there was only one restaurant which was operating during our stay, I thought the price and the serving amount were way off, the portion were very small and price was very high, the kids menu remained the same throughout our stay so the kids started complaining about it, they had kids activities displayed on the board but nothing happened during our stay so we had to take them to explore other things, our room was located at the far end and I was abit...

"We had no hot water during our stay. The staff had no idea what was happening. They kept lying to us that we will get hot water soon. Breakfast was terrible. No choices."

"Reception staff were wonderful, however the room was very small, shower had leaking shower head, the drains were clogged , and water was sipping towards the sink. Couldn’t get the TV to work . Breakfast didn’t have much options , rice was half cooked. I would really suggest them to replace the maintenance supervisor."

"Very friendly staff. Unfortunately the room was right near the bar and was very loud and noisy. The Wi-Fi was poor at best. Our in room safe did not have a battery and when requested one was not provided."
