"There was a bit of confusion on check in as they have two lobby’s and one accomodation section on the marina and another facing to pool area. We went to one but we were staying in the other. I was unwell and just wanted to go to the room but we were kept waiting some time and then eventually walked down to the other lobby and as we went I was told we had a room upgrade and we were in a premium room now and got given the key to that room…and then we got to the other lobby and they took that key off me and put us back in standard room! The bed was comfortable, the fly screen needs replacing as a few holes but on Marina so lots of mozzies. The restaurant food range was pretty good and the staff were all very friendly. Probably the best hotel in the area without paying $500+ a night"

"Nice big resort, loads of space, though starting to look a little tired here and there. Staff were fantastic, breakfasts superb, though sadly disappointed in dinners had at restaurants. Best meals were on room service and beach bar menus, not what you’d expect."

"This modest resort has everything we needed/wanted, including full snorkeling gear. Location is right across the street from a lagoon that's replete with coral and many colorful fish. On the windy day I was in the water, it was just me and the fish. This resort is a really good value for the area and highly recommended. Staff is very friendly and helpful, room was spacious and included a fridge. Wifi was decent."

"The property is in the heart of the city with 24/7 security. The staff is very welcoming and have charming personalities. Parking is on fifth floor, can be a bit tricky turning tight corners. However,the shower pressure was a bit low 🚿"

"The property and accommodations were gorgeous. The food was excellent. Everyone was so friendly. Staff went out of the way to make you feel welcome and ensure the stay was comfortable and memorable. They remembered names, orders, preferences and plans. This place is amazing. 100/10 would recommend."
