"Lots of reports on various platforms re staff and their attitude. I found that 95% were delightful but just on my last night I sat down to dinner and 2 waitresses ignored me, then weren’t that friendly and then after requesting the dessert menu was completely forgotten. I gave up. But overall staff were lovely. Some calling me by name. I did request an upgrade on my room if available as my first room was a bit ordinary and was given a stunning room which looked fairly new…I am glad I asked....

"The property is an hour drive from the Nadi airport. The property is excellent and everyone is very friendly. The beach is beautiful especially when you experience the sandbar. The only downside is the limited restaurants in the property. I suggest looking into expanding the dining options considering it’s hard to commute to town just to have Dinner in Port Denerau. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the spa amenities."

"The ocean view bure was exactly like the picture featured online. The hammock was in front of the bure and yes the beach was just a few feet away! Wonderful location! The bure was big. The outside bathroom could have been cleaned better as it kinda smelled of urine. 😒 The staff went out of their way to assist and went the extra mile when I had a stomach issue. "I booked this place because it was right next to the dive shop I was diving with. The place looks great from photos, unfortunately the rooms are very run down with paint coming off the ceiling in the bathroom and water stains on the floor and even baked on grime on the bathroom mirror. The staff were helpful but the restaurant was lacking alot of food from the menu and even coke was not available at the bar.
