"The room and hotel were great! The room was nice, incredibly spacious and comfortable. Our only issue with the hotel was the front desk staff. I had a package delivered (told them in advance) and when it was delivered the driver took a picture of it on the app showing it had been delivered. Not one but two of the front desk staff told me it had never been delivered despite me showing them a literal photo of it at the front desk. Finally, on my third person I asked did they go in the back and thirty seconds later came out with my package. Of the the men at the front desk as well was just condensing and rude and also asked me if the package I had delivered was dirty videos (it was a hat)."
