"We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee...

"Very clean and exceptionally friendly staff. The rooms are very lacking though. There were no dressers to put away clothes. With a family of four, having bags spread out everywhere takes up a lot of the small space. There was also only one chair which at times was annoying. Great shower, the amount of water and pressure was perfect, but there is no vent fan so after four showers, everything is damp.
