"This was our first time staying at a Baymont by Wyndham. The room was very clean overall; however, I was disappointed to find some mess on the wall in the bathroom near the toilet. I would suggest taking the time to clean the walls, especially in the bathroom!"

"Visited 8 days starting June 8, 2026. We enjoyed everything about star suites. Amazing place , clean, affordable, comfortable rooms with nice bathroom , shower and kitchenette. Free coffee in the morning, with cold drinks on the house all day. 24 hour front desk service,snacks available , dog friendly and plenty of property for dog bathroom walking. Premises are 5-15 minutes to everything you need, groceries, shopping, free beach parking everywhere, lots of restaurants and parks. I’m coming back...

"The hotel is nice and the staff is great. The only issue is it’s not within walkable distance to anything. You either need to have a car or pay for Uber trips which average about $60 round-trip to and from Ocean Drive. It’s great for an overnight stay to the Miami Cruise Port. They offer shuttle service to the port for a small fee. We were going on Wonder if the Seas so it worked out great. We caught an Uber to Ocean Drive the day before and after our cruise."

"I cannot recommend the Carlisle Inn Sarasota highly enough. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was genuinely warm, welcoming, and professional. They were always smiling, saying hello, and making sure guests had everything they needed. Their hospitality made the hotel feel family-run. "Newly remodeled, still ongoing renovation. Continental breakfast is served . Staff were very nice. The sheets were a little old and carpet still outdated but I m sure they will work on it. It’s right beside the river and our room has balcony which is pretty awesome. The only thing is I booked a king size bed. It is available in Expedia but when we get tot he hotel , it is fully booked and ended up with 2 queen size bed and no refund of some sort. All in all the stay was great"
