"First of all, the gentleman that checked us in at front desk was outstanding!! He was the most friendly, personable and professional hotel manager that we’ve ever experienced! His exceptional interactions with us continued throughout our stay! Also, the hotel service staff were all very friendly, kind and efficient! "I will never stay at this property again. The room I checked into had a dirty comfort and soiled sheets with bodily fluids and hair. I moved to a second room which had no soap in the pump at the sink and one kleenex in the box. The bathroom floor around the toilet was dirty. Shower had very little pressure. Pillows are not comfortable. No attendant at the desk the second time I went to report problems so I just had to deal with it for themight. I waited 10-15 minutes . A very disappointing...

"In general, an okay hotel and probably one of the better options for the area. There was food left out overnight in the breakfast area and in the microwave, and our room smelt like mildew and cigarette smoke despite the hotel claiming to be a 100% smoke-free hotel. The bedding and towels smelt fine ironically. I didn't see any dirt, grime, or bugs, but the smell was definitely off-putting and made us consider trying to find another hotel."

"Parking was easy and close to the front entrance. Front desk still had Covid protocol in place (clear barriers) on Front Desk. Room was clean Restaurant was a joke!"
