"Lovely room and view, staff could not have been any friendlier. Driving a car there is almost impossible, GPS navigation takes you everywhere but the hotel. There is no parking, despite what description says. It’s free-for-all parking nearby (if one can find a spot after fighting crowded streets and traffic). "Their AC in the rooms and the lobby and restaurant seem to go out a lot during the heatwave. Bad time for no air conditioning. The room I had wasn’t properly cleaned each day so I had a dirty bathroom. Great location by the main museum and by a AVM mall. Staff was friendly and helpful.
