"From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left staff, room, amenities, food was to perfection. On Friday we had a watch party for Brazil soccer game, all the details were so well thought. The family suite we stayed was just another must. Breakfast… be ready to splurge! Pool bar ceviche great! Coxinhas… drinks… Park for little kids and another one for bigger kids… list can go on and on… Worthy of each penny! Thank you so much"

"The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time."

"Great room and hotel. I moved there from the Sheraton Grand about 20 minutes away. The rooftop pool and bar were great. The breakfast was good. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. My room was comfy and I felt very safe. The neighborhood is good but you will probably want a car. The beach is about 2 blocks away and there is a place to rent standard bikes or motorized bikes a block away. The prices were also good. The beach area nearby was clean and beautiful with plenty of...
