"The room was absolutely filthy and I found blood spots all over from bed bugs. I checked in and immediately back out. I asked for a refund and was refused. I asked for paperwork stating my check in and check out time so I could speak with Expedia about a refund and was refused that as well. It smelled awful and when inspecting the beds we found some type of torch lighter under the mattress. All around terrible experience we went to another hotel and had a great experience so yourself a favor and...

"When I got at my motel it was not clean it looked like they just made the beds and that was it got put into another room it was a lot cleaner than the first room was not sweat they did not move stuff to clean underneath like the microwave underneath it was nasty"
