"Excellent experience, fantastic staff.
We received a call the week of our stay, warning us that there was not an elevator on the property, to make sure we were okay with taking the stairs. (We were, but it was nice that they asked.)
After we left, they went above and beyond when my husband left his diabetic supplies (insulin, refrigerated container) behind - they were willing to mail it back to us. Very responsive to some semi-frantic phone calls. We appreciate it!"
