"I thought the hotel had excellent and kind staff. I loved the 24/7 front desk since I was traveling alone. They were very attentive to me as I had an emergency emerge. The room was immaculate and smelled good when I arrived.I liked that there were no carpets. The breakfast was perfect and I felt my car was safe. The price was competitive. Excellent experience."

"The second night of our stay, the thermostat fan would not turn off, and the night desk clerk couldn't do anything but put pillows on the vent. We should have called when we noticed it at 10 p.m. and maybe the maintenance people would still have been on duty."
