"A fantastic warm & friendly staff. I enjoyed speaking to Taryn O. & Naila H. at the front desk. Also felt safe & secure with Security Guard, Will. I was picked up at the airport with the Bayside Shuttle which arrived promptly and the Driver, Bill was great, he shared information about some of Boston's famous landmarks. What a great guy!! The room was very clean & comfortable. Thank you, DoubleTree by Hilton, Bayside for a great experience. I will definitely be back!!"
