"My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville JTB/Deerwood Park for our anniversary and booked the Presidential Suite, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The property itself was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Our room was on the top floor and incredibly spacious. It smelled fresh and clean the moment we walked in, and we were immediately impressed by the comfort and layout. It was perfect for our special getaway. The location is also excellent, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. We truly have no complaints. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay in Jacksonville."

"Two bedroom was roomy and comfortable. Small maintenance issues, but staff was attentive. The rooms can be a little noisy; we could clearly hear our neighbors talking in their room. Staff is very nice and helpful. "

"My best friends and I come to Jacksonville for conventions at least once or twice a year. Tabitha and Jenn at the front desk when we arrived on Friday evening were personable, friendly, and made us feel welcomed. They told us to call ahead in advance next time we visit to make sure our rooms are adjoining or close to each other the next time. Overall they were excellent representatives of this hotel and made our stay that much better. The rooms were nice, and clean. Beds were firm and supportive, we enjoyed our anime vibes the whole time we were together both at the hotel and at the convention center. I can’t recommend Tabitha and Jenn enough for promotions, raises or bonuses, they were amazing! "
