"The staff is amazing. The rooms not so much. Door was hard to close, the tub was all scratched up, the bathroom door couldn’t open all the way because it would hit the sink. The breakfast is pretty much the same in any hotel. "

"Front desk staff was nice and helpful at check in. The floors in hallways could have been cleaner, our bathroom wasn't cleaned very well due to short staffing I was told. Pool was overbearing with chlorine. Hot tub wasn't working well nor hot (temp wise) like a hot tub should be. Other than that it was decent just not somewhere I'd stay again. Originally had booked location for 2 days but left after the first night and booked at the highlands ranch/Denver location where we typically stay which was wayy better by far. Should have booked there to begin with but wanted to try somewhere new which ended up being pretty disappointing. "

"No soap (asked front desk staff for 2days before receiving). Property looks like it’s going to be sold as no maintenance done, minimal effort by staff (only one person in entire hotel), the hall carpets are rippled, worn, guest room carpet, had exposed tack strips in doorway, no light bulbs in bathroom, sh. Hot tub and pool not working, no dining restaurant or breakfast available as advertised. Place was spooky at night, lacking security and night light bulbs out noticed some weird strangers hanging out around the exterior. "

"This was the worst stay ever!!!At check in, the desk person was so rude but I overlooked it as we had been at the hospital with my nephew all day and very tired. Then the people in the room above us stomped around for two nights. We suffered through the 1st night but the 2nd night we called 4 times to ask the night person to do something. Either NOTHING was done or they were ignored. It started at 11 pm and continued allnight we figured it was a dog. The front desk never offered to move us even though we did ask. In the morning when i spoke with the front desk face to face she told me they had offered and we declined. Why lie?? I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were not in until Monday, I requested a name and phone and was given their card. I most definitely will be calling tomorrow but i was very disappointed Hampden Inn has always been my goto."
