"Friendly staff who took the time and effort to explain all the finer details of the hotel at check-in, which was much appreciated. Room was spacious and super clean with the most amazing view. Nice modern bathroom with plenty of bench space, appreciated tge tea and coffee pods, comfy bed, location excellent. Can’t wait to return!"

Bathroom not truly separate from the bed area (sliding thin panels) and there was street noise. A lot of non-guests frequent the hotel so it was busy but not in a good way. "This is my favourite hotel. It’s so comfortable from the lobby to the rooms. It always feels like I’m home. Wish I could live there ! "

"We booked through expedia and when we went to check in we were told that our booking was for a standard king room and not the double/twin king room we paid for. We ended up getting back reward credit from expedia but it still worked out that we overpaid for the room. Everything felt like an up sale. Want to check in earlier thats $50, want both your rooms in the same floor that would be $30 per room per night. Want the double/twin king room that we paid for but expedia/crown wrongly booked...
