"Nostalgic vibes at this lodge right on the river! Low key spot but it was all we needed for our family trip, the family suite was spacious and had enough beds for our family of 5. We loved gazing at the stars from the balcony! Everything was clean and staff are super friendly. We had a great time on their kayaks, paddled up the river to the waterfalls and back. The stay is minutes away from Saugeen beach and only an hour away from Tobermory. Would love to come back next summer and stay here."

"Amir (host) was very accommodating and very responsive. Tom (manager) was very nice and welcoming. Our cottage (#6) was exactly as described. It would be helpful to remind the guests to bring their own sheets/ blankets, towels, and pillows. The property also has a common fire pit, trampoline, a sand pit, and volleyball net. Each cottage also has a BBQ grill. Across the street, there is a splash pad and a playground for little kids. There is a also a bike/ walking trail just beside the playground, overlooking Lake Huron. Overall, we had an amazing and relaxing time and we look forward to staying here again. ❤️"

"From the outside it looks a little rough. I was concerned when we pulled up. But once you go inside it’s great. The first thing we noticed was how clean our suite was. It has everything you need. 2 bedrooms and a couple fold-flat couch’s. There was only 4 of us so each couple got a bedroom. It’s in a super convenient area. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. Very quaint town. The host left a binder with rules, wifi info, nearby restaurants and stores that was very handy. Great communication with the host. Overall, we were satisfied. I would stay there again if in the area. "
