"The property was run-down and looked very shabby. A ceiling tile was moved aside for the TV cable running down the wall to the back of the TV. The bed and bathroom appeared clean. But something smelled skunky. I do NOT smoke cigarettes or pot, but clearly someone had been. The property website said there was a gym, "24-hour fitness facilities," but the few pieces of equipment looked very old, and the room didn't appear very clean. "We received a wonderful newly renovated room! The pictures don't do it justice. Comfortable king bed new pillows and furnishings. Very clean and upgraded fixtures. The newly renovated bathroom was top notch with soft towels and nice toiletries. Plenty of hot water in the morning. For the price you can't beat this place. Not to mention the owners are so considerate and hospitable!! 10 Stars we will be back"

"The proprietor was very helpful it's my situation, I got the night of my stay confused but he didn't charge me an additional night. The place needs some updates but my room was clean. The cable connection kept cutting out but I had my book and phone and was only there to sleep anyway. Most of the other guests were utility and construction or transportation workers. There's nothing nearby to do. But Door Dash does deliver there."
