"We was allocated a room at the 3rd level, same floor as the reception lobby. All was good except water pressure was very poor in the shower room. Breakfast was reasonable but selection was little."

"It was nice and clean. One of the staff members was nice explaining things to us while we checked in. Why only 4 stars? Because there's no staff on site to assist you if you need help. Need to call or text using WhatsApp for help and that kinda inconvenience for travelers. Overall experience is great."
