the counter staff asked for cash payment while checking in but l already used card to book. that was nearly 3 weeks and today l am still awaiting for the refund/ cancelling of the card booking so that my bank wont hold my money in my account. please follow up. TQ

シンガポールの中心エリアにある高層ホテル。ラッフルズシティの中に建ってるのでとても便利。部屋は充分に広く、設備も充実、眺望も良い部屋を選んだので快適。朝食は種類は多いが味は平凡。スタッフは若くて皆親切で好感が持てた。夜中に着いて早朝に出発したがフロントの対応はとても良かった。
