"Hotel was well kept and modern. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Only comment is there are a lot of steps across the property so be prepared for that. There is a shuttle but runs every 5-10 mins and can get filled up quickly and often. "

"Maria at front desk was excellent during check in & check out. Bas helped transport our luggage and very helpful. Although it was difficult to get to this resort, once you arrive it’s just amazing and beautiful. We did 1/2 day excursion (boat) it was wonderful and the staff were great. I would recommend this place. "

"Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Daily room cleaning. Friendly staff, very attentive. Near a lot of restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to beach. Small fridge in room. They have laundry service available for extra fee."

"Definitely value for money! The room was decently sized. The hotel was beautiful. We had a spa package included and it was amazing. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was always very crowded and there was a variety of options, but we didn't enjoy it as much as our previous accommodation. The hot drink machine always tasted watered down and the fruit was average. There was a 7 eleven just down the road and a couple smaller restaurants, but if you went down the side street there was a great little night market. I think the pool/gym is shared with the public so you have to sign in to use it which was a bit annoying, but not a big deal. Once again, staff were friendly and always willing to help. "
