"Nice clean property on the intercoastal side of Gulf Blvd. Beach access is across the street from the property, so may have a short walk depending on your room. Only Rooms closer to the intercoastal will have "water" views. May be very limited views. Property was good for our purposes on this trip and Indian Shores is very nice and seems less busy than Madera or St Pete Beaches."

"My friends and I have stayed here at least 15 times over as many years. The condo size is perfect for 3-4 people. We had no water bottles in the room as advertised, the hair dryer was non functioning and the washing machine didn't work. We reported the faulty machine the first day. Technician said probably needed a belt. It was never repaired. We were never offered any replacements or other options. We were told to "take it up with Expedia.""

"The property and location were outstanding. The management was excellent. The amenities were great. The suite was set up and stocked wonderfully. The balcony view was beautiful. The only negatives were the upkeep of the suite. The walls, floorboards and doors need painting. The grout needs resealing. The floors and furniture need to be deep cleaned. My white socks were black from the floors. I threw them away. The bed and pillows had no support and were not very comfortable. I hope the Fusion...
