Hotel di South Richland

"Front desk staff were available and very helpful. An item was accidentally left behind, when the front desk was contacted, they went over the top to have the item sent to our home. That was outstanding service."

"Excellent"

"Good staff. Clean. Quiet."

"Added fees without letting me know at check in. Also breakfast hours changed for weekends and was not stated in Expedia when booking. We had rj leave the hotel at 6:30 am and breakfast was not until 7 am instead of 6 am on weekends. Room had a bad chemical smell. Hot water was not working in bathroom sink. Appreciated actual hand soap in bathroom. Employees were nice."

"Easy parking, clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK."

"Great for the price. Recommended."

"If you have a delivery of any sort like door dash or food, they won’t let them deliver it to your room. They make them leave it at the front desk for you to inconveniently go down and grab it, so if you’re on the second or third floor just be prepared for that, keep in mind the elevators aren’t very quick."

"I booked two nights a month in advance and after the first night the hotel was trying to kick us out of our room. Stating they only had us in their system for one night. I had proof of what I paid for but that didn’t seem to matter since it was through Expedia. It was embarrassing and I had to pay an additional $350 for the second night. I was told Expedia is refunding me but I still haven’t seen that yet. Over terrible experience with Expedia and hotel staff"
