My main complaint was that for the 4 days of our stay we were unable to book any of the ala carte restaurants. The only only downfall was the cleaning of room each day was a little poor, forgetting basics such as toilet roll and the ants were persistent. "Amazing. I was here with my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We went during half-term so there were a lot of kids but it was fine. The place is so huge that there are still plenty of quiet areas. The spa with a pool, hot tub (that could of been a little hotter), steam room and sauna were fantastic. The food options were great and I really loved the choice. You have to book the other restaurants before you arrive because I couldn’t get into any of them. Download the H club app before you get there. The entertainers where first class. They worked hard and brought such great vibes to the place. I wish them all the best in their future careers. Overall first class service, all the staff were so helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone. "
