Receptionist seemed she was bothered if we asked for an update on the room at 4:45! Mind you check in is at 4!!We then asked for a refund because we found TICKS not one but 4 inside our room literally crawling on the table and we were told they couldnt help us. We even offered to show them the pictures ...

Great hotel…clean, the room was bigger than my studio apartment in CA! Food at Bar Louie’s was excellent and the pool and ocean bar were relaxing and a great perk.
