For the price per night, I could have went to a hotel that didnt include breakfast and gone to Denny's. Breakfast seating and food options were very limited. Towels could use alittle softner added. Overall good place.

Upon entering our room it was definitely not what I was expecting. The sheets were dirty like they had not been washed, the bathroom smelled bad, and the tub looked dirty. The staff was nice though.

Stayed during mid April mon-fri and it was wonderful for the price. Nice continental breakfast including make your own waffles. Room was a little small and bathroom counter small but we were not there much so didn’t matter. Drove a few blocks up the street to Beach Access everyday, which you could choose to walk if you wanted to. There is a playground behind the hotel so great for kids.

My experience was great. Every staff in the hotel were super nice from our receptionist who greeted us kindly to our cleaning ladies who were super nice. My partner and I felt welcomed. Overall experience we rate it 10/10. The other hotel staff were great as well. We will definitely come back!

We frequent SPi. First time staying at the Comfort Inn. VERY clean. Friendly. The continental Breakfast IS great. Located near the Water Tower, it's central distance to everything. Whether walking or driving. HIGHLY recommend staying here. The Staff ARE very courteous.

Our room was as good as expected really comfortable bed and AC was amazing. the shower water pressure was very weak. There was a foul odor in the hallways and there was very little food during the breakfast. Needed more seating. But we would stay there again because the room was best.

Muy agradable y sin ningún problema, buen servicio, y no se escucha ruido en las noches lo cual te permite descansar. El único detalle es que el comedor es muy pequeño pero conforme se va liberando espacio puedes sentarte a desayunar.

Comfort inn 1.muy mal internet 2.no hay lugar en el cuarto para colgar cosas 3.no muchos lugares para que ropa se seque siendo un lugar de playa 4.muy amontonado 5.Regadera tira mucha agua en el baño debido a que las puertas no cierran bien 6.no hay agua en el cuarto para beber.y en todos los hoteles al menos te regalan 2 litros .y en la cadena de hoteles de México hay un botellón por piso

My only issue was that the front desk clerk made a mistake and gave me a room that was already in use. I was shocked to walk in to a messy room that had someone else’s belongings in there still. The issue was rectified immediately and I got what I paid for in the end.

The hotel itself was in fairly good condition, and the pool was clean. The staff wasn’t all that nice or accommodating. There were a couple of employees who were kind. Upon check in, the desk employee asked if I wanted housekeeping everyday and I said yes. However, we never received housekeeping until our 4th day, and only after hounding the front desk multiple times over 2 days. I also called asking for new towels (as we were out due to lack of housekeeping), and the front desk never brought them. I eventually had to go out to retrieve them myself. I also called for toilet paper (again due to lack of housekeeping), and the front desk told me I could “come up and get it.” I would definitely not stay here again. Only good thing was walkability to most of the island because it was fairly centrally located.
