"Upon our arrival (11.30am), there was no one at reception, in fact we never got to meet any reception /management staff. The only people there were a cook and young man, that had no idea what was going on. He informed us that the reception lady was on her way and would arrive approx 4pm!! We managed to speak to her via the young man and the phone. We asked to be shown to our room but the lady (still via the phone call) said we didn’t have a booking! "This is a scam please don’t book this non refundable hotel. We tried to contact them numerous times with no response and the only way to the island is via their boat. We had to book another hotel and then try and get our money back from Expedia which was refunded. They said hotel closed in 2020"
