"Property and hotel rooms were clean and nice, no issues. We booked 2 rooms 2 months before our trip, we even called them to verify our reservation was available and booked. Staff said it was confirmed and available for us. Upon checking in they didn’t have our reservation ready and just 1 room was available for a family of 8. Long story short staff didn’t want to work with us due to their incompetence in working their computer systems. We asked for towels and were told to return our dirty towels...

"No one ever spend your money at this property. No hot water. No phone in the room, bed bugs. I booked for 2 days but can’t sleep 1st day left the earliest next morning. Customer service closed at 9:00 pm. HORRIBLE experience no one to complain. I reached there night at 8 no hot water ask the reception I was told technician would be there shortly waited till 10:00pm no response"
