"The room was beautiful. We got the lagoon view right in front of the over the water bungalows. Staff members are all nice. I would like to shout out: Jack the bartender at lagoon lounge, Ana at the Goji restaurant and Sulu, server at fish bar. They made our stay extra special. The only thing I would suggest is having some chill music at the pools. Not saying they need a dj but atleast some chill music while in the pool would be nice. Also would be nice to have a swim up bar at the adult only pool. Makes more sense to have it there than the “main pool” where children are swimming next to you. "

"Lovely room. Up to date refresh, no carpet. Very comfortable bed. Air Con controlled by a remote control. Richard at the front desk gave amazing service assisting me with adding days to my stay after my flight was canceled. Wonderful service."
