"Ronnie and the staff were so gracious and friendly. We stayed here twice, and each bungalow/suite was spacious and unique. There’s amazing snorkeling at the end of the dock, and kayaks to use. The breakfast (extra charge) was wonderful and convenient before our day of travels. We will absolutely love to return here in the future!"

"Airport pick up was on time and efficient. Hotel is well maintained. We liked the free breakfast and beautiful pool. Staff are very helpful. We rent a car from the hotel reception which worked out perfectly. The only complain I have is the mattress in my room . It was saggy in the middle, kind of uneven. "

"The young family are excellent hosts. It was a real surprise The father is a real chef from France and the Tahitian mom has trained in hotel and speaks excellent English. They live on a small farm where they grow everything they cook. They make their own soap. The little cabin you stay in has everything you might need. Very congenial people. Every meal was an experience. I would go back in a heartbeat. Very clean and has a lovely pool "

"I was so impressed with the Shangri-la. The grounds and gardens were immaculate. The rooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were super comfy. Air Conditioning was so good after being out on the heat. The hospitality of the staff was wonderful you really did feel at home and looked after. Everyone was super friendly. "BULA BULA! The staff here are AMAZING They make everything better. The large room with balcony, the amenities, the service, the happy hour, the restaurant, the pool, the grounds, the beach, the reading room, are all better because of them. VINAKA TO EVERYONE. This is not the Marriott or the Outrigger but it is cozy and charming. The staff are proud of what they do.The food is top notch and you would need reservation for dinner since many clients if near by hotels come there to eat."
