""Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! "The staff was great but the property is a bit dated. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom sink drains very slowy it almost filled the sink before I was able to get hot water. Overall I would give it a 3 because the staff was very helpful and nice it made the stay more pleasant "
