"The reception was exceptional- Thapa Kalpana especially- from check in to accommodating my request for champagne glasses, bucket & ice as it was my birthday. The rest of the staff was courteous & attentive. The

buffet was excellent. The room was the most spacious in any of the Japan hotels I stayed in- clean…the view from my room was phenomenal! It’s so convenient to go to shopping malls, restaurants and the monorail! I loved it that I asked my family who’s visiting my brother...
