"Getting into the room was a real challenge, and even finding the building was as well since the address comes up Maps with a different street name. The owner sent instructions for the lockbox to get the keys, but I had never seen a device like that so I did not understand how to open it or that the keys were inside. "This is a rather spare and utilitarian place somewhat off of the main section of town. It’s fine if you are used to walking as it is about 4 blocks from the main area of town where people stroll a main walkway and plaza. The property has the basics; fridge, microwave, cooktop and TV. It is not upscale in any way but is serviceable. Didn’t do the breakfast but looked at it and it looked good. It has A/C but it is anemic and we struggled a bit to get the place cool enough."

"The location was perfect and the single room with fridge and microwave was ideal. As a lone lady I felt safe in the building and its location meant easy access to all that Nice has to offer. Staff were friendly and nicely always about during 8am to 8pm. On reflection I wish I had asked the staff if I could sit on their balcony in the evening as my single room had no balcony nor outlook. I would suggest asking in future."
