"Das alexianer Hotel ist über die Autobahn leicht zu erreichen und man ist auch schnell in der innenstadt von Münster. Die Zimmer sind makellos und auf die besonderen Bedürfnisse von Behinderten zugeschnitten. Es herrscht in diesem Haus ein sehr freundlicher Umgangston und das Personal ist stets hilfsbereit. Das Angebot an Speisen ist von hoher Qualität und von sehr guter Zubereitung. Mein Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ich komme gerne wieder"

"Hotel is telefonisch niet bereikbaar na 18.00. Kamers zijn verouderd, vast tapijt vloer is aan opfrissing toe. Idem voor ontbijtzaal. Handdoeken werden niet ververst, kamer niet gepoetst. Werd nergens melding van gemaakt. Niemand beschikbaar aan receptie om nieuwe handdoeken te vragen. Kwaliteit ontbijt was goed."
