Great location, friendly staff
The facilities are a bit dated, but the location, view and staff make up for it. A nice place to stay for a short trip with family. Plenty of space and close to restaurants, lake and Heavenly.

Gorgeous view of lake, right on the water
Amazing view right on the water, did not expect this nice this even though description said we would have a lake view. Room was clean and very well equipped. Will stay again.

The property has an excellent view of Lake Tahoe. The unit was clean. This property offers CDs to view for free, which is a great way to relax after a busy day.

This place is a hidden gem! Nice and cozy place off of the lake. It doesn't get any better then that! We stayed in the deluxe suite which included a full kitchen with all the amenities, 2 queen sized bed, living area with a pull out bed, 2 baths, and a dining area. Very clean and spacious for my 6 member family. Will definitely come back for the summer.

In addition to great views, the suite has everything that we needed like kitchenwares and utensils. And the balcony is a nice spot to relax and enjoy the view of the lake.

Quiet and comfortable - highly recommend!
Loved our stay here! The room decor and furniture are simple and not super fancy, but it is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay - pool, hot tub, waterfront location, free parking, deck overlooking the lake, game room, bbqs, full kitchen, etc. Plus it's in a convenient location that is quiet yet in close proximity to great restaurants, bars, bike rentals, and more. Recommend!

While a little dated, a great place to stay. I love that the space is big, especially w three kids. We’ve stayed 3 times here and we will continue to book here. Great service from staff. Great Lake view.

Awesome location, setup and ammentities. Unfortunately hot tub was not hot, vending machine was broken and limited parking. So much potential. community game room was so cool. very comfortable feel and very friendly, helpful staff. would love to come back

Bed was super uncomfortable, both the pullout air mattress and the murphy bed. Saving grace was the view of the lake from the balcony. With ski season here, would have been nice to have access to a hot tub to relax.

I'm sorry you were unaware that we have a year round indoor hot tub and sauna for all of our guests. Great for our ski season guests. Our outdoor Pool and Hot Tub are seasonal due to the winter conditions.

First off, the view made up for everything. I think that the fact that the queen bed in the room was a Murphy bed, should have been disclosed. Also that the sofa bed was a blow up mattress that we had to blow up. Also that there is no room service! Also that they expect you to clean up the dishes before you leave. I expected a "hotel" and it was not your typical hotel. Kind of irked me a bit. But the staff was nice and the view was great.

The rooms were beautiful. It's an older facility But the rooms are very nice. You're right on the lakefront. And Far Enough from the main drag as to get minimal noise.

An expensive “glamping “ experience
This hotel felt much more like “glamping ” to me than being at a hotel. There was no daily cleaning service, the mattress in the pullout was a blowup mattresses, ( that was super uncomfortable) and the sheets didn’t not feel clean to me. We ended up using our blankets on top of theirs...You have to do your own dishes and take out all of your garbage upon check out. Also you can’t get towels after 5 when the desk people leave. It seems like they are really trying to save money but still charged almost $200 a night. The grounds could use some serious updates. So many spiders and spider webs all over the pool chairs and balcony chairs. The pool was great. My kids said it was pretty warm and it was definitely big! The hot tub had a green ring around the top that was a huge turn off. The location was amazing! Being on the water was very fun! Unfortunately We won’t be back. It’s too expensive for what you get in my opinion.

Not so happy !
I guess we didn’t read the fine print. Although each room has an amazing view, right on the lake, upon walking in we were not happy. The Murphy bed and the pull out sofa bed with the air mattress were not inviting. With no air conditioning we would have needed to keep our slider open all night. Traveling with two children and leaving the door open all night to keep cool would not have been good as the 20 somethings in the room next door had their stash of pot sitting on the balcony. We saw a beautiful beach front in front of the resort in Expedia photos. I guess travelers need to check the water level each year. There was no beach. We decided to cancel our stay. We stayed for about 20 minutes. The resort was kind enough to refund our second night. For about $20 more we stayed at the Lake Tahoe Resort.

Small Hotel right on the beach
The hotel had a nice feel to it. simple lodge with and office, washing and drying machines, hot tub, pool thats open in the summer. The thing that makes this place really nice is the view. The view from our hotel was absolutely stunning. The only complaint that I had was the size of the room. I had four people which is what the room was going to accommodate and the room was just too small for the four of us. I think this would be perfect for a family of four but not four adults. It was just too small for us and I could not imagine staying for more than 2 days

Great room & location
I loved the room interior, the gas fireplace was a nice touch, and the fully equipped kitchen was handy. Even has a teapot. The bed comes down from wall, but it was comfy for a somewhat makeshift bed. Didn’t try the air mattress sofa bed. The lake view was nice and felt private, even with all the other rooms around us. One thing I didn’t like was the lack of transportation options to the city center. If someone can’t walk long distances and doesn’t want to worry about parking, options are slim. But that might be more of a city problem than a hotel problem. There is a walking/biking trail that goes right by the hotel all the way to the city center.
