We were originally placed in a room that had dead ants and other small bugs all over the bathroom floor. We switched rooms and this one at least didn't have dead bugs, but the carpet was dirty and peeling off where it meets the bathroom door, comforter had stains, bathroom door and front door had dents. The whole place just felt very run down

Won’t be my choice again. The place is not well maintained. It has loose electrical outlets, not safe . Their bed is not well supported. The head is lower than foot. Very uncomfortable.

My room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom hadn’t even been touched, but was comfortable and I’d stay here again out of convenience and comfortability.

poorly stocked, didn't even have blankets in the room when checked in, not even a hanger available, needed to go pick up toilet paper from office, dusty room, staffs unavailable. A very rude, drunk, manager who's ready to pick a fight with guests for the tinniest issue of using a beat up chair that's left outside, ludicrous!!

The most disgusting place I have ever been. I found a used band aid. There was a pile of what I think was throw up in the corner on the bathroom. I want a refund. I left 10 min after checking in. This hotel is disgusting and should be shut done.

I booked this for the price, and I shouldn't. The facility is very limited and the WiFi works intermittently. The room is not clean and I can see stains on the sheet.

Our hotel was very dirty and not cleaned properly. The shower head looked like it was cut into the wall by unprofessionals and the shower curtain was very dirty. The bathroom sink was horrible the water pressure was too much. The bathroom was very small and tight. The beds were very uncomfortable and very hard. The floor was very dirty. When we got into our hotel about 30 minutes later a random person had opened our door with another key. She claimed that the attendant at the front desk gave her the key to our room. When we confronted the front desk she said that we went to the wrong room, but if we went to the wrong room the key she gave us wouldn’t have worked in the room we went into. This is very dangerous and very unsafe and unprofessional.

I checked into the property, however, once I got to my room, I couldn't even open the door all the way because the refrigerator was blocking. There was a stain on the bedding that looked like it could have been blood? Broken furniture, no bible. Ripped carpet, NO toilet paper. Was too scared to shower because it was dark in the stall, and towels were on the desk in the bedroom. Then, when I wasn't unable to stay the second night due to unforeseen reasons, the front desk was unable to give any refund. In fact, when Expedia tried to reach them, they had the wrong number on file. When I went to check out, the individual running the front desk did not even come out to greet me. Furthermore, both days, the reception area had a very strong odor. They completely overcharge for this run down hotel. If the owners at least would update so that it could be functional, but it's not. I absolutely DO NOT recommend.

You open door to room and it bangs into the fridge after only opening 1/2 way. The bathroom had no window in it and a flyscreen that had been cut. Our room was not safe and we had to cart anything of value with us everytime we left. people could enter through the bathroom window while we slept. Didnt feel safe at all here

If you like ants this is the place for you! Also the shower curtain had a ton of mildew all over it and there was what appeared to be dog poop on the threshold of the door. The room also had a bad odor. I will not stay here again.

The bathroom from the room smell so bad. At first sightseeing when I open the room I notice that the floor was not vacuum also the tv was not working. This property needs a lot of attention from management to be specific needs a lot of cleanup.

When we arrived, we could see this was a homeless hang out. They never cleaned room, shower was to small, could not use it. Went to another location to shower. (Family) very dark, then on last night power went out. Very disappointed.

A & A is a place to sleep and shower. It's an older motel with not a lot of amenities but gets the job done with a comfy bed and walk in shower.
